Description
Muffle furnace СНОЛ-8,2/1100
СНОЛ-8,2/1100 – Muffle furnace is designed for analytical work with various materials and different types of heat treatment at temperatures up to 1100 °C.
Product delivery time
Muffle furnace СНОЛ-8,2/1100 will be manufactured and delivered to the customer within 5 working days from the date of order (delivery in Ukraine).
Temperature controller
The muffle furnace is equipped with an analog, microprocessor or programmable temperature controller.
An analog regulator is used if there are no high requirements for the accuracy of temperature maintenance.
The microprocessor temperature controller has a power adjustment function, which is especially important when the furnace is operating at low temperatures.
The controller allows you to adjust the heating/cooling speed and heating time.
Working chamber
Working chamber is made of fiber.
Chamber heating
Chamber heating occurs from two sides, which makes it possible to have good temperature uniformity throughout the volume of the chamber. A limit switch is installed to de-energize the working chamber when the door is opened.
The case
The case of the furnace is made of sheet steel, powder coated on a special polymer coating line, which gives the surface an original look and durability in operation.
Thermal insulation
Thermal insulation of the working chamber is made of highly efficient fibrous materials. For effective cooling of the furnace, a cooling fan is installed at the bottom.
The electric furnace is equipped with deck plate.
The electric furnace door has an opening for the control thermocouple input.
Additionally the furnace can be equipped with a computer data acquisition system.
