Shaft electric furnaces are used for heat treatment of machine parts and tools. In the version for working with controlled atmospheres, they are used for nitriding, carburizing, and nitrocarburizing.

It’s provided a signal indication system for the operation of the furnace and visual control of the current temperature in the working chamber. We use heaters made of high resistance alloys (Kanthal A1, Х20Н80, Х23Ю5Т).

Furnaces with a chamber depth of more than 600 mm are made with multi-zone temperature control. Electric furnaces are equipped with circulating fans subject to increased requirements for uniform temperature distribution throughout the volume. Furnaces for operation with controlled atmospheres are equipped with furnace fans, hermetically sealed heat-resistant steel retorts, atmosphere supply systems, or liquid carburizer.
