Description
Drying cabinet СНОЛ-58/350
СНОЛ-58/350 – The drying cabinet is designed for drying various materials and carrying out analytical work at temperatures up to 350 °C.
Product delivery time
Drying cabinet СНОЛ-58/350 will be manufactured and delivered to the customer within 5 working days from the date of order (delivery in Ukraine).
Temperature controller
The muffle furnace is equipped with an analog, microprocessor or programmable temperature controller.
An analog regulator is used if there are no high requirements for the accuracy of temperature maintenance.
The microprocessor temperature controller has a power adjustment function, which is especially important when the furnace is operating at low temperatures.
The controller allows you to adjust the heating/cooling speed and heating time.
The case
The case of the drying cabinet is made of sheet steel, powder coated on a special polymer coating line, which gives the surface an original look and durability in operation.
Powder coating is very resistant to all kinds of solvents, alkalis and acids.
Door seal
Door seal is made of special heat-resistant rubber and, together with the design of the door fastening, creates the possibility of avoiding a loose fit, and provides good thermal insulation of the working chamber.
Working chamber
Working chamber made of black steel with a special coating, or stainless steel, which allows to solve all the issues that arise for the user of our products.
The chamber is completed with regiments which can be easily removed and installed in any point of the working chamber.
Fan:
An air mixing fan is installed in the back of the working chamber, which creates a high uniformity of the thermal field inside the chamber.
Chamber heating
Chamber heating carried out from all sides, and for this purpose the original tape heater is used.
Any drying cabinet has an opening for a control thermocouple or thermometer input.
