ТРМ 251 temperature controllers are designed for use in automatic temperature control systems using the proportional – integral – differential control law.

Controller ТРМ 251
The temperature controller performs the following basic functions:
- measurement of one physical parameter monitored by the primary transducer (sensor);
- digital filtering to reduce the influence of industrial impulse noise on the measurement result;
- correction of measured values for elimination of primary transducers errors;
- indication on built-in four-digit LED digital display of measurement results and current values of technologist’s program parameters;
- regulation of measured physical parameters by PID or two-position law;
- PID controller autotuning;
- regulation of physical parameter in accordance with technologist program;
- manual control of output power within instrument keypad;
- use of backup primary converter (sensor) in case of main primary converter failure;
- network transmission via RS 485 of current values of measured physical parameter, as well as output signals of regulator, recorder, alarm device and parameters of technologist program;
- device programming via computer network via RS 485;
- controlling device operation via network via RS 485;
- changing the values of programmable parameters of the device using the control buttons on its front panel;
- generation of alarm signal in case of regulated parameter going out of allowable limits;
- transition to the emergency state in case of the sensor failure, in case of the control circuit breakage (LBA-accident);
- saving of set programmable parameters in nonvolatile memory in case of power supply failure.
