Explanation of each symbol of the furnace's name:
C – resistance – the type of heating;
Ш – shaft – a constructive feature;
З – protective (controlled) – the environment in the workspace;
10 – diameter of the working space in decimeters;
10 – the height of the working space in decimeters;
13 – the nominal temperature in °C, is conditionally reduced by 100 times.
Description
Electric furnace СШЗ-10.10/13
The delivery set includes a thyristor power supply with an automatic temperature maintenance system in the working chamber. It’s provided a signal indication system for the operation of the furnace and visual control of the current temperature in the working chamber. As heaters, we use silicon carbide heaters, heaters made of high resistance alloys (Х20Н80, Х23Ю5Т, Kanthal А1).
Furnaces can be completed with additional devices and mechanisms. The furnaces provide quick replacement of heaters. The furnace is made in a gas-tight design for heat treatment in a protective atmosphere (argon or nitrogen). It can also be used for heat treatment in an oxidizing environment.
At the customer’s request, the furnaces can be equipped with programmable controllers, recorders, and archiving systems for measured temperatures.

Warranty
The manufacturer provides a warranty for the product for 12 months. Warranty on the control unit – 18 months, on the thermoregulator series TermoPro® – 50 months.
