Shipments of explosion-proof drying cabinets

We designed and supplied two drying cabinets to one of the Ukrainian enterprises for heat materials treatment, the drying of which releases combustible substances. Drying cabinets are manufactured in accordance with ДСТУ EN 1539:2016, which is confirmed by the Certificate of Conformity and Declaration of Conformity to technical regulations.

The cabinets are equipped with programmable microprocessor temperature controllers and are distinguished by high uniformity of temperature distribution throughout the chamber volume. For safe operation in electrical cabinets, air exchange control systems are provided in the volume of the working chamber, as well as devices for monitoring the concentration of combustible substances.

Drying cabinet CHO 100/200 is designed for technology development and small-scale production, it can also be used in laboratories for testing materials that emit flammable substances (paints, varnishes, epoxy resins, etc.).	Drying cabinet CHO 9.7.10/2 is designed for drying parts coated with varnish (or other materials that contain solvents).
