Polymerization furnace \/ Drying cabinet \u0421\u041d\u041e\u041b-100\/350<\/h1>\n

\u0421\u041d\u041e\u041b-100\/350 – A unique drying cabinet is designed for drying various materials, for analytical work with various materials and different types of heat treatment at temperatures up to 350 \u00b0C, and also for melting polymer coatings produced by the powder method.<\/p>\n

Temperature controller<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The drying cabinet is equipped with an analog, microprocessor or programmable temperature controller.<\/p>\n

An analog regulator is used if there are no high requirements for the accuracy of temperature maintenance.<\/p>\n

The microprocessor temperature controller has a power adjustment function, which is especially important when the furnace is operating at low temperatures.<\/p>\n

The controller allows you to adjust the heating\/cooling speed and heating time.<\/p>\n

The case<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The case of the drying cabinet is made of sheet steel, powder coated on a special polymer coating line, which gives the surface an original look and durability in operation.<\/p>\n

Door seal<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Door seal is made of special heat-resistant rubber and, together with the design of the door fastening, creates the possibility of avoiding a loose fit, and provides good thermal insulation of the working chamber.<\/p>\n

Working chamber<\/strong><\/h4>\n

It is made of specially coated black steel or stainless steel.<\/p>\n

Fan:<\/strong><\/h4>\n

An air mixing fan is installed in the back of the working chamber, which creates a high uniformity of the thermal field inside the chamber.<\/p>\n

Chamber heating<\/strong><\/h4>\n

Chamber heating carried out from all sides, and for this purpose the original tape heater is used.<\/p>\n
