Reflection electric furnaces are designed to produce secondary alloys from scrap aluminum.<\/p>\n

The furnaces have a possibility of iron extraction during melting on a “dry” pad.<\/p>\n

Casting of metal is performed through the taphole in the lower part of the bath.<\/p>\n

The difference between \u0421\u0410\u041a-1, \u0421\u0410\u041a-1,5 and \u0421\u0410\u041a-2,5<\/strong><\/h4>\n

\u0421\u0410\u041a-1 and \u0421\u0410\u041a-1,5 are usually made by two-chamber, with independent regulation of the temperature in the melting chamber and in the lance (bath).<\/p>\n

\u0421\u0410\u041a-2,5 \u2013 three-chamber, with two melting chambers and a common bath located between them.<\/p>\n

Lining of furnace chambers in places of contact with the melt is made with high-alumina bricks (\u041c\u041a\u0421 or \u041c\u041a\u0412 grades), or with special heat-resistant concrete.<\/p>\n

Heaters<\/strong><\/h4>\n

The heaters are located at the top. Both \u041a\u0415\u041d \u0412\u041f (silicon carbide) and resistance alloy heaters in the form of spirals on the ceramic pipe are used<\/p>\n

Provides for quick heater replacement on the “hot” furnace.<\/p>\n
